this online tool gives you the option, as BMW branch or BMW Retailer, to send invoices to your customers safely and easily. The customer receives the invoice by e-mail on his computer, tablet or smartphone and can pay the outstanding amount directly online via the integrated payment interface. If the customer has questions about the invoice, they can clarify these easily with the Service Advisor on the telephone in advance.

This saves the Service Advisor and the customer time and gives them more transparency with regard to services to be invoiced, invoice contents and payment processes. Once the customer has paid the outstanding amount, the Service Advisor is informed immediately and can release the vehicle for collection.

The customer can collect the ignition key and leave the car park, without having to put up with long waiting periods at peak times.
